1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

As part of its commitment to security and regulatory best practice, tk679 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other point determined appropriate by the platform. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tk679 is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tk679 balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective institution.

4.2 Withdrawals

If a withdrawal to the original payment method is not possible, tk679 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Withdrawals associated with active bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are satisfied.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if a ৳1,000 bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 on eligible games before the associated winnings become withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to live sports betting, certain table games, and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by tk679 carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement attached to a bonus is not met within the specified validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tk679 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; using low-risk or mathematically optimal betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; colluding with other players to farm bonus funds; and exploiting technical errors or platform bugs to generate illegitimate bonus credits. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

tk679 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously breached these Terms & Conditions, who have accounts under review, or who are subject to any restriction imposed by tk679 may be excluded from promotional offers without prior notice.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the tk679 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and video poker — are provided by certified third-party gaming software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective provider and are accessible within the game interface.

6.1 Random Number Generators

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game failure of any kind, tk679 reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets and to refund the relevant stakes to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a verifiably malfunctioning game session are not payable. tk679 will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and to communicate the outcome to affected players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk679 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your tk679 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon application, subject to a standard verification process.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by tk679

tk679 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact with tk679 support.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, tk679 will retain any balance held in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned and the account either restored or closed at the player's choice.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. tk679 reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee on dormant account balances after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce a balance below zero.
